The pole's support structure is constructed of heavy-duty steel, undergoing multiple treatments including hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, and acid-resistant resin, resulting in excellent resistance to salt spray and corrosion. To ensure stable screen operation, the pole's interior features independent heat dissipation channels and equipment compartments. All light-emitting devices and electronic components have undergone rigorous screening and aging tests, and the printed circuit board has received professional "three-proof" treatment (moisture-proof, salt spray-proof, and mildew-proof), significantly improving the system's stability in extreme environments.

Primarily installed above main urban roads, elevated highway entrances, and busy traffic sections. Used to display real-time "red (congested), yellow (slow-moving), green (smooth traffic)" traffic guidance maps, as well as warnings for construction, accidents, strong winds, etc.

·Problem: Rust on the back of the screen poses a structural safety hazard.

Solution: Increase the thickness of the powder coating at the connection between the cabinet and the pole, and use hot-dip galvanized sheet and acid-resistant resin for secondary sealing.

·Problem: Thermal expansion of the screen causes display abnormalities.

Solution: Adopt a modular display cabinet design and add ventilation louvers to the pole design.

·Important Notes: The foundation depth and concrete strength of the screen pole must be precisely calculated to support the enormous wind load. Simulated aging tests must be conducted on the entire display system before and after installation.
