Traffic Gantry Project

This project involved the supply of traffic gantries for major urban roads and expressways. The products included large-span traffic sign gantries and integrated steel gantry structures used for overhead traffic signs, variable message displays, traffic monitoring equipment, and other road traffic systems.

Considering the large spans, heavy loads, and wind-resistance requirements of gantry structures, Yongyao used high-strength steel for the main structural components. Hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, and other anti-corrosion treatments were applied in accordance with applicable steel structure standards to ensure structural strength, stability, and long-term outdoor durability.

To meet the project-based procurement requirements of engineering customers, we provided coordinated services covering technical consultation, structural customization, production, and delivery. Close coordination with contractors and other project parties also helped support efficient installation and project progress.

This project demonstrates Yongyao’s manufacturing capabilities in customized large-scale traffic steel structures and gantry systems.
