The pole is constructed entirely of high-quality Q235 steel pipe, with wall thickness strictly calculated according to wind load. The surface undergoes hot-dip galvanizing, resulting in a uniform and dense zinc layer with excellent resistance to electrochemical corrosion. The crossarm and upright are connected by flanges and equipped with high-strength shear bolts. The structural design has undergone mechanical simulation to ensure that end deflection is controlled within a safe range when suspending large signs.

Widely used on both sides of urban roads, provincial highways, and national highways to support speed limit signs, directional signs, or lane indicator signs.

·Problem: The pole vibrates under the airflow generated by large vehicles passing by at high speeds.

Solution: Increase the foundation depth of the uprights and enlarge the flange size, or select octagonal or polygonal tubing with higher torsional stiffness.

·Problem: Rust at bolt connections.

Solution: All fasteners must be made of hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel. After installation, apply anti-rust grease or install plastic anti-rust caps.

·Important Notes: The excavation and pouring of the foundation pit must be customized according to the size of the signboard. After pouring, the signboard must be cured to the specified strength (generally 7-14 days) before hoisting the crossarm and signboard. Unauthorized construction is strictly prohibited.
