High-Intensity Pedestrian Crossing Signal Lights

The lamp housing is made of engineering-grade polycarbonate (PC) injection molding or aluminum die casting, making it impact-resistant and resistant to UV aging. The luminous surface is available in various specifications such as 200mm, 300mm, or 400mm. The internal circuit uses a constant current drive scheme, effectively preventing flicker and extending the life of the LEDs. It boasts excellent dust and water resistance, withstanding continuous high-pressure water spray.

Widely installed at pedestrian crossing safety islands or corners around intersections, T-junctions, schools, hospitals, and shopping malls.

·Problem: "Phantom" display occurs under direct sunlight (i.e., the traffic lights appear to be on).

Solution: Employ an anti-phantom lens design or install an extended light shield, and optimize the internal reflective structure of the light panel.

·Problem: Signal is not synchronized in real time.

Solution: Check the synchronization protocol of the signal controller and ensure that the signal cable is undamaged or free from interference.

·Important Note: The installation height should be appropriate for pedestrians' line of sight (2.5-3 meters). During installation, ensure the light shield is tilted downwards to prevent rain and dust from accumulating on the lens surface.
