The poles are formed using CNC bending technology, and the longitudinal welds are achieved using fully automated submerged arc welding, ensuring reliable and aesthetically pleasing weld quality. The octagonal structure allows for a smoother and closer fit of the flange connection when installing traffic lights. Both the uprights and crossarms are hot-dip galvanized, guaranteeing 20 years of rust-free performance.

Widely used in various urban expressways, main roads, and secondary roads. It is one of the most common and easiest-to-maintain traffic signal systems in China, suitable for suspending various sizes of LED traffic light panels.

·Problem: The pole resonates in strong winds.

Solution: Install energy-dissipating damping devices inside or outside the pole, or adjust the natural frequency of the pole during design.

·Problem: Internal wear of traffic light cables.

Solution: Cable guide sleeves must be installed in the wiring holes, and it must be ensured that there is no sharp weld slag inside the pole.

·Important Note: The pre-embedding accuracy of the foundation bolts is crucial and must be calibrated using a level; otherwise, the pole will tilt. Simultaneously, it should be ensured that the grounding resistance meets lightning protection requirements.
