All-Weather Electronic Police Monitoring Pole

Constructed with heavy-duty steel pipes, the pole's wall thickness is typically greater than that of ordinary signal poles. The surface undergoes standard hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection, resisting salt spray and acid rain. The pole body has pre-drilled dedicated camera mounting holes, a rainproof housing bracket, and a lightning rod interface. Its structural design fully considers the load-bearing capacity of various devices such as cameras, supplementary lighting, and radar.

Primarily used at city entrances and exits, toll stations, security checkpoints, prohibited area capture points, and key traffic management areas.

·Problem: The monitoring image shakes significantly with the wind.

Solutions: Increase the amount of reinforcement in the pole's foundation, or add reinforcing ribs at the base of the pole; if necessary, increase the pole's wall thickness.

·Problem: Insufficient space for wiring inside the pole.

Solution: Use large-diameter pre-drilled holes and design internal cable management supports to separate high-voltage and low-voltage cables.

·Important Notes: Because valuable electronic equipment is mounted on the pole, the grounding and lightning protection system must be strictly inspected and approved; the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms. The pole should be installed away from high-voltage lines and other sources of strong magnetic field interference.
