The pole body is made of high-quality Q235 or Q355 carbon steel, with wall thickness strictly calculated according to the length of the crossarms and the stress conditions. The surface treatment uses a hot-dip galvanizing process, with anti-corrosion layers on both the inner and outer surfaces. The zinc layer thickness meets national standards, followed by outdoor powder coating, providing strong resistance to ultraviolet rays and salt spray. Its double-arm structure has undergone finite element simulation analysis and can withstand typhoons of level 12 or higher, ensuring safety under extreme weather conditions.

Primarily used in large and medium-sized urban intersections, T-junctions, and intersections of main roads with multiple lanes. By extending both arms, the traffic lights can be precisely suspended directly above the corresponding lane, providing drivers with optimal visual guidance.

·Problem: Slight sag at the end of the crossarm during long-term operation.

Solution: Add pre-elevation angle during the design phase and regularly check the tightness of the connecting flange bolts, replacing them with high-strength bolts if necessary.

·Problem: Localized peeling of the surface powder coating.

Solution: Clean the peeling area, apply cold-dip galvanized paint, and then touch up with the matching outdoor paint.

·Important Precautions: During installation, the concrete foundation must be poured strictly according to the design requirements. The size and depth of the foundation must be determined based on the local soil bearing capacity and the stress on the components. Balance must be maintained during hoisting to prevent the crossarm from impacting and deforming.
