 The substrate is made of high-strength aluminum alloy (such as 3003 or 5050 series), possessing excellent oxidation and deformation resistance. The surface is covered with ultra-high-strength or diamond-grade reflective film, with a reflectivity far exceeding national standards. The graphics are screen-printed or engraved with outdoor-specific film, resulting in vibrant colors and a UV fading resistance period of over 10 years. Reinforcing ribs are located on the back of the sign to ensure no physical deformation in high wind conditions.

Widely used in accident-prone areas of highways and urban expressways, sharp bends, steep slopes, intersections for advance warning, and temporary construction zones. It is an essential facility for ensuring vehicles and pedestrians comply with traffic regulations and preventing traffic accidents.

·Problem: Bubbling or peeling of the reflective film.

Solution: This is caused by inadequate substrate cleaning or uneven bonding pressure. During production, a strict degreasing process should be implemented, and an automated laminating machine should be used to ensure uniform pressure.

·Problem: Significantly reduced reflectivity at night.

Solution: Check the film surface for dust or chemical contamination; clean with a neutral detergent. If the film layer is aged, it needs to be replaced entirely.

·Important Precautions: The size, color, and pattern of the sign must strictly comply with the provisions of "Road Traffic Signs and Markings" (GB 5768). Unauthorized alterations are strictly prohibited. During installation, ensure the sign surface is perpendicular to the direction of traffic and adjust the installation height according to vehicle speed.
